FLORIDA STATE
The 2011 FSU Young Scholars Program (YSP) is a residential summer science and math experience for outstanding seniors.

The YSP offers scholarships to cover room, board, and tuition, but participants will be responsible for textbooks (approx. $200) and spending money.

Students must have completed Algebra 2, have a 3.0 GPA in academic courses, and have scores at the 90th percentile or higher in science and math on the SAT or ACT.

SPORTS TRYOUTS

If your child is planning on trying out for sports for the next year, they must have a NEW sports physical completed by a physician before they attend any practices.  Your doctor must use an FHSAA form, which can be picked up at the front office.  If your child had a physical for 2009 or 2010 it is only good for one year from the date they were examined.  The school will not accept physicals that are over one calendar year old
