SPORTS TRYOUTS

If your child is planning on trying out for sports next year, they must have a NEW sports physical completed by a physician before they attend any practices.  Your doctor must use an FHSAA form, which can be picked up at the front office.  If your child had a physical for 2010-2011 it is only good for one year from the date they were examined.  The school will not accept physicals that are over one calendar year old
